1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AECIX platform, website, or any services operated by BWERTECH Private Limited (“BWERTECH”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Services

BWERTECH provides professional education programmes, digital construction consulting, BIM services, and related technology services through the AECIX platform. Programme content, schedules, fees, and availability are subject to change. Enrolment in any programme is subject to successful completion of the admissions process and payment of applicable fees.

3. User Obligations

You agree to provide accurate information during registration and enrolment, to use the platform only for lawful purposes, and not to reproduce or redistribute course materials without written permission from BWERTECH.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the AECIX platform — including course materials, videos, documentation, and software — is the exclusive property of BWERTECH Private Limited and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law. Enrolment grants a limited, non-transferable licence for personal educational use only.

5. Payments and Refunds

Programme fees are due as specified at the time of enrolment. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the programme start date and are subject to review. BWERTECH reserves the right to decline refund requests after material has been accessed.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BWERTECH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or participation in any programme.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
